What’s the best way to release the hurts from a past relationship? Is marriage relationship coaching what I need?
A woman named Helen from Ohio came to me and asked about letting herself forgive her Ex so she could get past the pain in her life. Helen really wants to attract a love that will not only last a long time, but one that will also grow in intimacy. Many people understand that question. They can appreciate the void they’re holding on to from a past failed relationship. Coaching for your marriage, whether it’s past or present can help. A few love coaching sessions specific to your love relationship issues can be wonderfully illuminating.
First, you need to congratulate yourself for actually DESIRING to forgive your ex. That’s big. If you will set your intention to get rid of a tiny bit every day, within a very small amount of time you’ll see your energy lift and dissipate. It’s absolutely necessary to release even for those who don’t think there’s anything left to forgive. Forgiveness is an ongoing process and one that frees YOU the most. Another helpful practice is to find some thoughts that you love about your former relationship. It doesn’t have to be related to the romance. Perhaps you liked the way he knew how to fix everything. Or you liked what a good circle of friends he has. Maybe you loved his grin. It can be anything. The reason is to begin to search for things that you appreciated. You do this for no other reason than to change your energy about him. You lighten up your energy.
When you forgive you create space. Space to receive more of what’s wanted. And for all of us, what’s desired is to receive more of what you want. I teach all about releasing, clearing out and making room both physically and energetically in my FREE Video The #1 Secret to Finding and Keeping the Love of Your Dreams.
