So you’d like to understand to trust again even after being hurt from a rough break-up. Recieving advice from friends and family can oftentimes be the worst place to go to if you want to mend your heart and open your heart again.
If you’re having relationship advice problems because someone in your past had been unfaithful, it is possible to find a relationship again. A huge tearing of trust can become extremely heavy and have the power to persist. Similarly, you do need to find a positive outlook and healing before you can move on. I suggest that you be gentle and easy on yourself and keep finding the place of forgiveness and release. You want to attract a relationship with a person you can trust and share your heart with utterly, so you should get rid of any lingering negative energy.
Oftentimes it’s the same story we tell ourselves and others that has us making excuses, or justifying our limitations.
Consider the “truths” you have concerning your consciousness. I hope you are considering the negative intentions that were drilled into you as a child; the tales (that manifest as reality) about you and why you haven’t been successful, why you cannot have what you want, why you are not good enough in the subject of love or just life in general.
I would suggest you come up with a sentence that summarizes that dark section or irrational belief. I call it an irrational belief since you have some how gone through life taking care of yourselves incredibly successfully in a number of areas. You are experienced in plenty of fields, you strengthen in a few fields and you’re down-right brilliant in others. You have high competencies and skills that, on the level of the intellect, assure you that you ARE good enough - in some cases truly excellent.
What was that early belief, name it your ‘life statement’ that sums up a deeply locked understanding that has little to do with your rationality or intelligence.
