Wedding photography is one of the grandest and biggest jobs a photographer can have.  One of the biggest hobbies around is photography.Not all people do it for money.Wedding photography is very exciting for those who are still an amateur in this thing.So if you know some friends who are getting married you can surprise them with photos that may be better than the photos taken by their hired photographer.So here are some advice on improving your wedding photography.

These are some tips for an amateur photographer but they are some tips I have gained doing San Diego photographer work.  So if you are a professional they could help as well too.Because as mentioned earlier in the article, doing wedding shoots is one of the most satisfying things that can happen to a photographer.

So, the first thing that you can do is to psyche yourself up to be in the moment.What am I implying when I said be in the moment?Well,almost all of us know the feeling of being in a wedding.There are events that are palnned.But a lot of emotions are being displayed even if the events are planned.  Since you have been to many wedding be ready for those moments.Those shots that have emotions in them will be the best among all the photos that you will be taking.  In my portfolio as a San Diego wedding photographer you can see that to be the case.

Another thing to take in mind is that in a wedding people will always be moving.So do not concentrate on taking still photos of people.You will have some of your best photos if you capture the movement of the people.It can be hard to capture moving subjects but it is possible.  Of course I had to hone my skills doing event photography San Diego to be able to do this.  But once you capture some shots that are more than still shots you will love it.  You will be able to outshoot the hired photographer.It would be great to achieve since you are still an amateur.  Plus you will be able to share those great photos with your friends.Plus, who knows, it might just be the start of your business.
