Using Clairvoyance To Communicate

Clairvoyance seems like a mystical and mysterious thing, but the truth of the matter is that anyone can learn it. Remember that it is important to know that you really can .

The issue that many people face is that they are using different meanings for the word clairvoyance. There are several different ways to define this term, depending on who you ask, and you’ll find that one common meaning is the ability to see things that are happening far away without the use of technology or your six senses, while another definition is to be able to see things happen before they actually happen. The truth of the matter is that at the bottom of it, is the ability to know more information than you can perceive from your five senses.

It is true that some individuals have extraordinary clairvoyant skills such as the ability to tap into the five senses to connect with something far away or to look into the past or future. But, no one truly knows how this works and science has lacked the ability to explain the process. Yes, there are many metaphysical explanations for such psychic abilities but no one particular explanation have emerged to truly define it. If there was one common denominator among all of these components it would be the simple notion that most people with these powers were born that way.

Anyone can learn how to remote view and see into the past and future. Anyone can learn how to cultivate and develop his or her sixth sense. However, it does take time and practice.

It is true that all people have a certain degree of a sixth sense. This can sometimes be described as a hunch or feeling that no one can logically explain. People making statements about having bad feelings about something or lacking trust in a person could be considered a form of sixth sense. However, most people will ignore this feeling and defer to logic or emotion instead.

To a certain degree, science acknowledges the validity and existence of instincts and gut feelings. However, they do claim that there is nothing paranormal, psychic or supernatural about the ability. Psychologists, contend that this type of phenomenon is the ability of your subconscious mind to notice small hints, signals or details that your conscious mind may simply overlook. Your subconscious mind translates this type of information to your emotions that then guides you with the proverbial ‘feeling’ mentioned above. What this means is that you must learn to use and trust your subconscious mind in order to develop your sixth sense.

Whether you believe in science or in the mystical existence of a sixth sense, you’ll find that you can still take advantage of this concept. What you need to learn is that no matter what you believe, you can train your perception and that you can sharpen it a great deal. Just look at these three methods.

1. Improve Your Perception

Many individuals get so busy with life tasks that they become oblivious to everything around them. However, there are many small details that we may not notice yet our subconscious mind notices them and then forms hunches or instincts. When you increase your perception, becoming aware of the world around you, you provide you subconscious mind the power it requires to increase your sixth sense.

However, it does take practice. You can do some things to increase your perception. First, you must slow down and try to relax. Calm yourself and then move more slowly during your daily activities. Secondly, remove any distractions that fill your senses. For instance, turn off the radio while driving your car. With nothing to stimulate your thoughts and senses, you become more aware of your world, the neighborhood, the weather and even that car moving into your blind spot while driving.

A little bit of mini-meditation does not hurt either. That means you can close your eyes and inhale and try to relax. Upon opening your eyes, you will discover you are more aware of your surroundings. This process only takes a few seconds and it works fairly well.

2. Meditate

Meditate for at least thirty minutes daily. Meditation is occupying and clearing your conscious mind while allowing your subconscious mind to work and communicate with your conscious mind. Many individuals who meditate report feelings of being refreshed and relaxed.

However, finding the time to meditate and to make sure that you are going to be getting the results that you need can be difficult. Just when you have everything set up the way that you want it to be, you’ll discover that you need to get up and do some cooking or that there is a call that you need to make. When you want to get out of the same cycle of thoughts that you have been, remember that you can use a focus and a mantra.

While trying to meditate, your senses may distract you, such as the things you hear and feel. Rather than trying to shut your senses down, give them something to do. A candle flame makes an excellent focus and keeps your mind occupied by watching the flickering flame.

Secondly, the conscious mind and thoughts never cease, since we are continually thinking. Try to silence it by occupying and distracting it using a mantra. A mantra is something you repeat to yourself. It can be a poem, phrase, prayer or lyrics to a song. You must know it by heart and be able to recite it. Praying the rosary helps some individuals while they are meditating.

Method 3: Just Trust Yourself

The most essential element in developing your is trusting, your instincts. Do not second-guess yourself or dismiss you hunches as unimportant by telling yourself they hold no logic. There is good reason for your instincts. This is your subconscious mind telling you something that your conscious mind has overlooked.

It may be challenging to begin with, however the more you learn to listen to and trust your instincts the more confidence in them you will gain. Doing this strengthens your sixth sense, making it much easier for you to trust it.
