5. Smile. Simply smile and things seem higher somehow. Observe smiling regularly and find your facial muscles used to the physical act of smiling.

one)Open your eyes as wide as you’ll be able to – (strive and obtain your eyebrows right up to you hair line)
two)Slightly open your mouth
