There just isn’t enough value to warming up with treadmills. Your body’s weight is going to get every part of you (all your joints) ready to move.

You will be doing squats and push-ups to get the majority of your muscles activated for the workout. These two drills will be the mainstay of your workout.You’ll find that variations of these drills should be done in groups of 10 iterations at a time, without resting at all. Than you get a set count of 3 or so to do this. The time you invest in these patters should be about a five minute period. You should be ready to lose 20 pounds now.
