What causes panic attacks? Almost anything can trigger (cause) a panic attack. In your case, you might not even know.
My wife suffered panic attacks at one innocent looking junction when she drove the car. She was suddenly in a vice like grip every time she drove towards that one junction. Rapid heart beat and shortness of breath within seconds.
But your panic attacks causes could be any number of things. But I’m willing to bet it’s the same underlying thing. Could be a crowded area. Any crowded area will set them off.
It’s possible that you don’t know your panic attacks causes. It’s important to find out what they are though. It can help enormously in combating the symptoms.
It’ll help if you can spot what your trigger or triggers are. When you do, and you will, start to take back control over these panic attacks. You can see if you’re improving by using these triggers as a test.
I realise I’ve got a bit ahead of things here. Waffling on about triggers and tests. It may come as welcome news to you that you can cure your attacks with a technique that uses no drugs whatsoever.
A technique that you can use when you feel an attack on the horizon. There are literally thousands of people using this method, almost day in day out. They are finally in control and are anxiety free.
Most importantly, these techniques are totally drug free. So, you don’t have to keep shelling out for repeat prescriptions. Of course, this also means no side effects.
You can quickly teach yourself these techniques. If you feel an attack looming you start using the techniques you have learned. It may not be an instant cure, but you’ll get better each time you use these techniques.
Let’s go back to tests and triggers. You can use your triggers to almost cause an attack and test how good you are with these techniques. As your skills get stronger you can easily kill the attacks when they start.
Will you stay like you are and risk more attacks? Or would you like to discover what your panic attacks causes are and learn to control them. Click this link to find & cure your panic attacks causes.

Beat Anxiety With The Anxiety Lie
The Anxiety Lie is great a new self help program for dealing with anxiety. This program has been created by Rich Presta who also created Driving Fear for people with driving phobias and Panic Puzzle for learning to eliminate panic attacks. I found the title curious and I was interested to find out what this “Lie” actually is. The “Lie” refers to Rich Presta’s opinion that the vast majority of anxiety self help programs deliberately don’t reveal the whole truth. He says that far too many authors will tell you what they think you want to hear so that you feel better about yourself. This means that they aren’t challenging you enough to leave the safety of your comfort zone. It was immediately apparent that The Anxiety Lie was going to be different to anything else I had ever read.
Click Here to Visit the Anxiety Lie website
The Anxiety Lie will encourage you to come out of your comfort zone right from the start and it will be quite firm with you in what you have to do. If you are determined to overcome your anxiety you will probably appreciate the way it has been written. The author makes it perfectly clear that his intention is to make you BE BETTER and has no interest in making your FEEL BETTER. Other programs will let you get away with using your anxiety as an excuse as they make it okay for you to be anxious. Accepting your own anxiety is the same thing as saying to yourself that you don’t have to improve yourself. People who are successful in life are always looking ahead to their next challenge to improve themselves. Anxiety is not okay if it stops you from taking the necessary steps to improve yourself.
There is no holding the author back when he decides you have spent long enough stuck in your comfort zone. Rich Presta will show you that action is the best reaction to anxiety. He will show you how to uncover what has caused your anxiety. Contrary to what you may have heard elsewhere The Anxiety Lie will show you how your anxiety is all your own fault. Even if the root cause of your anxiety is the result of childhood traua inflicted by other people you still choose how you react to that anxiety. Hearing this might make you feel angry to begin with, but once it has sunk in it is actually a relief to hear this. What he is trying to tell you by making you responsible for your own anxiety is that you have the power to change it.
As well the 95 page Anxiety Lie eBook you also get an audio version of the book that you can listen to. The most valuable part of the program however is the “Rescue Audio Session”. This is an MP3 track that you can listen to anywhere that will walk you through the techniques should you start to experience anxiety. Compared to the other programs available The Anxiety Lie doesn’t really offer anything different. Whatever the anxiety program the advice and techniques are usually pretty much the same. But what makes this one stand out is the way that it is written. Its bluntness is its main selling point as it wastes no time ramming home its message and goes straight to the point of telling you what you need to do.
The Anxiety Lie is a great product but I recommend you read what Rich Presta has to say on his website as he makes it perfectly clear that this product is not for everyone.
